Sheldon was hired -4mnths ago to repair a overflow valve. The valve was over tightened causing the seal to break & water to leak in my ceiling pooling in my bedroom above my built in cupboards which are ceiling height. We didn't notice the leak until it spread causing ceiling damage. He refuses to take ownership for this and has a terrible attitude! I don't recommend anyone using this guy!
