Faulty Meter replaced and now charged for 2 suppli

My electrical meter went faulty on 31 May and this week i got a bill for R6500. Rather than to charge me for the new meter they are now charging me for 2 readings! An estimate on the old faulty one that was removed plus the new meter! I've had endless problems with this account. It seems there is limited competence left.
