AWAITING REPAIRS TO PRE-PAID METER SINCE 03-2013

We have been waiting since Easter Sunday, 31 March 2013, to get our Pre-paid Meter repaired after being advised by contractor sent by City Power that it was faulty. I have a reference number for this. After numerous calls to City Power, and numerous discussions with consultants at City Power, no-one can help me or knows what to do. I finally spoke to a Superviser, Pauline, in May, who agreed to help me. To date, she has not come back to me and when I phone and ask for her, no-one knows who she is?? I phone every week or so with no luck. No-one knows what to tell me or what to do. I spoke to a "Lamine" today who said she didn't know what to tell me or how to help me... I asked her to put me through to her Pre-Paid Meter Department, which she couldn't do! She then gave me 4 different tel no's to phone. I have tried all 4 numbers for the past 2 hours and 2 of the lines are continuously engaged and the other 2 ring until they cut me off! If you cannot get the correct information/service from the people responsible, what do you do? In the recent past City Power undertook to improve their services... then why can no-one help me? This situation has been very frustrating!!!
