Possibly the worst service i've had to date

As a regular, and i do mean regular customer i was very excited to be at the aution of old stock builders held on the 6th of april, i bought a number of goods, one of which was a karcher 2, 21 pressure washer, only to discover the goods didn't work yesterday, the whole month i was bragging and telling everyone what a deal i got paying R596 for a pressure washer, and then, joke's on me. Ok go to builders today, met by two ladies, one caroline, very nice and helpful and another sina, not so helpful, who after waiting 10 min refers me to a Leonard. All i wanted was working goods, all fair it was a demo, but you cant give me r600 not working plastic! You could give me a regular either a demo or a new one, i'd be happy with another demo, but what did i get, no i had to pay in another R403 to get a new one because Leonard phoned some manager Brandon who apparently is too busy to see a customer, Leonard himself must be royalty as i had to wait 25 mins, just to be met by an arrogant little person, telling me this is whats gonna happen and thats that. Never mind the board behind him stating they strive to achieve customer satisfaction, no these two are too busy for me, but your tills weren't?
