Bad customer service and no delivery

I am a regular customer of Builders Warehouse, and have often experienced bad service, with the worst on Sat morning, 2013-06-08. I visited BW in Sunninghill, but struggled to get help, and they were out of stock on many items. I then visited BW in Fourways. Help was hard to find, but I managed to find most of the many items I needed by myself.

After paying I went to the collections area for the large items. One of them being a sheet of softboard (much larger than I needed) so I needed them to cut it up into smaller pieces. After waiting, I was told that the board could not be cut as they were too busy. After debating with Tabani and his manager, I agreed to collect the board at 10AM on Sunday. This was inconvenient as I live in Midrand. I asked my brother to collect it, but it was still not ready as agreed. He told Tabani that he will wait for them to quickly cut it, but was told that there were too many other jobs in the queue.

As yet, I have still not received goods which I paid for and expected to receive 6 days ago. BW has grown too big and busy to bother with good service. Just look at the generic and inept response to these complaints as well.
