Bad attitude and terrible service

I have on numerous occasions tried to purchase certain goods from Builders wharehouse. Firstly the staff are rude and have no clue as to what they are selling. I wanted to purchase a wood plane. there was one (a demo model) they wanted to sell me as there was no other stock. The plane was scratched and had some parts missing and when I asked for a discount on the item was told it would be the normal price even though parts were missing and didn't even have a box. I then tried to buy a plastic wendy house same scenario ONCE AGAIN no stock but I could take the one been displayed at the same price as a new one - once again asked for discount as the wendy house price is over 7k, was told that its not possible and I had to pay the full price. The staff are arrogant and totally disregard the consumer. I have done home renovations worth over 100k and guess what have purchased ALL my items from Manny's Hardware, were the staff is FANTASTIC. Builders wharehouse will never have a chance to get my hard earned money!!!
