Shocking Service & Inability to Recover Situation

There is so much that happened that its difficult to know where to start - my first visit was in Mid Jan 2013 and still to-date (02 May 2013) the job is incomplete. Chronic delay in delivery of goods, Quality of product bad, NO communication on updates, not all parts delivered, price discrepancies, Incompetence in ordering correct parts... the nightmare just goes on and on. Management admitted that I am one of those jinxed situations but then I would have expected a genuine attempt to correct a seriously bad experience but that has been non existent.
