I have been holding on the phone for over half an hour, trying to get support...
I was then told that I have not paid, and that is why I am not being helped??
After confirming that I actually have paid, I have been transferred to the support desk.
I have been waiting another 20 minutes to speak to somebody...
I understand that the lines are busy, but to wait 20 minutes is unacceptable!!
I have spent an hour on the phone, waiting to speak to somebody, I am really not impressed with the service.
