Terrible Service!!!

After waiting 10-15 minutes to speak to someone I finally get through, she doesnt know the resolution to the issue and then I get put back to the swtichboard and unable to get put back through!!! This service and is simply not good enough, my clients have paid for support and cannot get any!!!
