Worlds worst support

Hi World
Just to let you know whom gives the worlds worst computer support... Pastel AKA Sage Pastel.
1st you wait 20 minutes for them to answer the phone.
Then the muck about trying to help, it appears they are equally as in the dark as I the customer.
2 hours on the phone on Friday, then the line dropped... did they call back? NO, NEVER, NADA!
One pays out the nose for this monopolistic product and gets absolutely no support worth anythig.
Why no FAQ's on the Web Site, why no support section.
When it works it appears to work well... if there is a problem, then you're on your own.
Telkom support is better, now that's saying something.
If only we had a choice!
