1 HR ON PHONE NO SUPPORT

Have problem with my invoicing, had to pay R799.00 for support 6 month later. Phoned to get support, been on phone for over 1 hour nobody assisted me from support. Pathetic service as my company is currently unable to trade and NO SUPPORT AS PAID FOR!!!
