Amplehosting BAD SERVICE

I have been a Reseller with Amplehosting for the past 5 years and late in 2012 my nightmare began.

Firstly, one of my client's Online store website was mysteriously deleted on their server and they couldnt restore it because they didnt have backups. This is the website I took months developing. The just said: SORRY WE CAN'T HELP YOU.

Secondly, when I went through my online statement I realized that I have been charged for some of the services that I have cancelled with them. I repeatedly sent them emails to have this matter resolved with all the proof but they just ignored them.

Thirdly, they dont have a phone number so you can't call them and talk to someone when you have technical issues. They will either respond to your emails after days or not respond at all.

If you want to be frustrated, go ahead and do business with them. And if you are in business with them already then make sure that you scrutinize your billing. They are.
