We, a company with 13 user, are being held hostage by Pastel and Sage. We will be moving onto NAV in 2 months time and thus did not renew our support with Pastel, which is over R30k. They cancelled our Bank Manager Module and will only reinstate if we renew the support we don't need. This is not the first time Pastel are pulling the support stunt, forcing you to renew even though you bought the product. The shocking way in which the "Sales Manager" Sanjay spoke to me, is also a clear indication of how Pastel does business. Shame on you Pastel.
