Our company hosts their website & emails with you. We paid for a year upfront and in your contract you promise a 99% uptime on the site, we have been having ENDLESS problems with the website. For example last night it was off, this morning it was off and we had to call you to fix it and now AGAIN after lunch it's off! This is pathetic. We constantly have email issues and have to try and get hold of the headoffice to solve things. When I called the last time I got transferred to 3 different people, none of which could give me a straight answer. Then I specifically said "I do not want a support ticket, will you email me after this with an answer" the guy said yes and guess what I got? A support ticket which to this day has not been solved. How on earth do you do business?! Now I know I will get the same generic reply that you give everyone about how sorry you are. I dont want to hear it, this is pathetic! I will make sure we move to another provider and tell everyone that will listen not to use your services! If I am expected to do my job properly then why cant you!?
