Not answering phones at all

I host my website, and email, with Winhost/Circle, but recently (twice in the last week) both have gone down for periods of more than an hour or 2, (which I could stand). So what would any customer do? Phone the provider to find out what's going on. So I did - and there was no answer to their "24 hour" line. So I tried again, and again - no joy.
So I looked at their website to see if there was any alternative numbers/methods of contact. No other numbers, but a website form. So I filled that in, and within about 4 hours, things were resolved (1st time around). No email confirming problem, or the resolution. OK, I thought things are working so no big deal - it didn't cause me too much problem (this time).

Same problem now - been trying to contact them since 8am this morning - no-one is on the other end the the phone!!! So I have just tried sending a Support Ticket via their website, so we'll have to se how long that takes to get a response.

I hate having to do this, as I have had faultless service from them for 5 years, but when you're "left in the cold" like this, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

I really hope they sort their act out, but currently, I'm not at all impressed
