Just throw tickets back, 4 hours for reply

You guys take 4 hours to reply on a email ticket. you take 3 hours to rply on facebook, when you reply you do the work half way, i refuse to give all the information yet again as i sent through several tickets and i am in the process of moving my 200 domains hosting to a new hosting company that isnt so full of... i also dont appreciate the fact that replies is sent only to get the customer off your back and the 24hour support you talk of is a farce, 5 o clock was my last correspondence last night and i had to remind you to wake up and work this morning again. If this is the way support conducts business, you will more than just my business.,
Tired of begging people to do things that i am charged 1000% more than i can get elsewhere. package from Ample hosting: 200 gig hdd plus 2000 gig bandwidth, unlimited domains, emails, and databases for 399? and i pay you R3000 sickening to the fact that you cant even resolve one stupid query.
