LACK OF SERVICE!

I use [URL Removed] as my website hosting service provider, on 15 December 2013 ([Problems #8667]) I logged a complaint that the site is broken. The "contact us" section doesn't send emails through to my email address. It worked fine for over a year & my email address works 100%.

I dealt with a technician Alan Alston, he gave me a link where I can check queries from the site, there are multiple every week, but they don't come through to me. The site is still broken, this is costing my little business money, despite several emails to Alan directly & logging multiple complaints on their "support" section of the website.

There is no telephone number to call them & they are not replying to my emails, I really am at my wits end & don't know what else to do here.

I am shocked at the terrible service this company is giving me & do NOT recommend their services at all.
