Support staff don't read emails

Web Africa switched to a new online ticketing system recently... and I have had nothing but problems trying to get a new hosting account set up.

Despite very clearly stating in my emails that their ticketing system DOES NOT WORK and that they should please reply via email - they keep responding to my support requests via the new non-working ticketing system.
I even threatened to write an official complaint if I get another support ticket... and guess what - they replied via the non-working ticketing system!

If you try to log-in to view a response to your support query, the following error message appears: "Invalid ticket ID or you do not have permission to access this ticket"

If you email them again saying you don't know what their reply is as you cannot access it... they reply via the ticketing system again.

Support staff should really take the time to READ EMAILS from clients.

I'm actually starting regret ever switching accounts. Very bad service.
