VERY BAD SERVICE WHEN OPENNING AN ACCOUNT

I opened a cash dealer account last month and emailed my application to Doreen, I called 3 days later and I was trasfered to Chantelle who told me that she is waiting for a feedback from the other department.
I went straight to Pinnacle Africa and none of them received my application, I had to resend the application and they promised to get back to me. It's been two weeks now, NO Feedback Nothing!!!
