Brand new product faulty, 3 weeks and nothing

I bought a brand new Samsung TV from Pinnacle and from out of the box the display was faulty. I sent it back to them and to date I have not received the unit back or even get feedback from Pinnacle.
I have sent the technical manager a mail but did not get a reply from him. The staff that work under him also do not bother to reply to me with regards to this. I feel I should be given a replacement unit from them and not wait weeks for a repair of a unit that was brand new.
I also sent in a Samsung printer which is now with them for a month. Also no feed back. The only answer I got is that it is with the supplier and they are waiting for parts.
Really, waiting for parts from Durban for a month?
