Seriously bad attitude and no back up service

I purchased the 4pos point of sale package 18 months ago. It was loaded onto a laptop and was never used due to franchise restraints. I wanted to reload the software and use it on a new venture but the bad attitude and complete lack of interest in customer service astounds me. I would never recommend this product, I would rather use a more professional product than this one man band..
