I had a call from Microsoft last week. In this phone call the people said there is something wrong with my computer and they want to find a solution for this and will fix it on there side while I am on the line. We went through a few steps and we could see there is some errors and also why my labtop is so slow. According to them my Labtops Wirefall is out dated but before they fix it they wanted me to do a transfer in euro's to them without an invoice, how do I know I am transfering the money to the correct company secondly I am in SA I can't just transfer money in euro's to them and why wasn't my labtops Wirefall chq before we started

When I said to them I refuse to transfer this money as I don't have the money they started swaering at me and called me names like Gando and, they also refused to divert my machine back to what it was before as they had a password linked on that side so I couldn't enter my machine
