I would like to thank Leon the store manager and his incredible staff at the repairs counter of Incredible connections Menlyn store For there truelly INCREDIBLE PROFESSIONAL OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY AWESOME.
After a recent insurance claim repair in which my computer was NOT repaired I contacted INCREDIBLE Connections at the Menlyn Branch in desperation for them to assess my laptop as the backyard repairer had not repaired my computer.
Incredible Connections didn't only reload all my software but also went out of there way and repaired the problems. The way I was handled is a true refection of proper customer training and service delivery.
I would recommend them anytime for any IT related problem or to buy any product from.
