A couple of months ago I bought a bookkeeping software package from Econo Accounting. i only received good service with the purchasing of the product and shortly afterwards. Awhile ago I had to format my laptop on which it was installed. That's when my problems with Econo Accounting started. The package itself does not allow you to restore any back up you might have which other software packages do. When I approached the company i was just told that they cannot help me as according to the very unhelpful person it is not a problem of their software, but a Windows problem. I was then told to get and pay an IT expert to solve the problem. Now I cannot use the package. As far as I'm concerned it's not a Windows problem and they should see that I can use the package. I was then just in a very abrubt way told by this woman that she has other work to do and then she hung up. Very rude.
