Golflogix - zero interest shown by Garmin SA

I purchased a Garmin Golflogix from Makro 3 years ago. Although it was hardly never used it functioned well when I did use it, that was until a few months back. The device kept on saying 'searching for satellites' and despite reloading the software on the advice of Garmin international, nothing improved.

I finally took it to Garmin SA yesterday - what a waste of time and effort. All they were interested in was selling me a replacement product and said they did not have the software available to reload and test my device. After looking at the new product, I asked them how much it will cost only to be told several minutes later that sorry, that product is discontinued and I would have to look at yet another model.

At that point I had enough, took my 'useless' Golflogix and left.
