We purchased 4pos for 3 stores and a main store. The initial training was terrible and had no structure. If you ask a question you learn if you don't, you won't get information.
We had numerous meeting before we purchased the product and what we needed out of the product. Up until today I am still waiting for feedback on reporting problems, which was the reason why we bought the software.
The software is so unstable, that if you put something in that the software doesn't like it closes the program. You get error and you or the support staff member doesn't know why.
The support line is also a joke, I think it's a choice of two people and they not always available.
