Hewlett Packard
HP Printer was faulty from day one

Computers & Services

I purchased an HP Colour Laser printer with wifi and eprint in November 2011. I tried setting it up and found it would connect through wifi. As I had to use the printer I connected it with a cable and started using it. I have a busy life, as I have a disabled son who takes up all my time and inbetween I have to run the household and make a living. I have known all along that I must sort out the wifi as my older son needs to print wirelessly, but I truely do not have the time. I decided this week to attend to it and an extremely helpful chap Ryan spent 2 days on the phone with me and realised that the wifi card must be faulty. As I am 2 months out of my warranty I am now have to pay with the wifi card, which was faulty from day one and the repairs. I called to customer service and spoke to Lulama who mumble that they cannot be repair it under the warranty, gave me the number of Ensu, which there is no reply and said there is nothing else I can do. I have been buying HP for the past 25 years and now I get this kind of service. What is 2 months out of warranty to you? What is it to say we will pay for the card, you pay for the service. I am so disappointed in HP.
