I have been consulting to Affinion Mobile Solutions (AMS) / Cims South Africa / MobiCover for nearly a year now and they pay me a small monthly retainer for my services. They have always been extremely happy with my service and the results.

In the beginning of January 2013, they decided to move from a monthly retainer to an ad hoc service. Even though our agreement clearly states a three month notice period, AMS decided that one month's notice was sufficient. They have decided to disregard the agreement and to ease the pain, they said they would continue with an ad hoc service.

I wish these corporates would stop abusing small service providers and start honouring their agreements.

Please do not do business with companies like this, they are unscrupulous.
