If I walk into a store that is supposed to provide a service, and the first words I hear are: "I'm not sure how it works, just use the computer over there", it doesn't bode well.
This lady works in a printing store, yet, has NO idea what she is doing. I had to do everything except actually remove the paper from the printer. Truly shocking. When I asked whether there was another place that might help me, she pointed me to Postnet in Northgate, without hesitation. Surely, she should have tried to help me herself, rather than sending me elsewhere.
I will never go there again and also tell other people to never go there.
