POSTNET BEDFORD CENTRE HAS A OWNER/MANGER

Here's what happened;

1. Went to Postnet to print 1000 x full colour business card (double side print) 10x invitation invitation cards (A5 full colour - single side print)

2. I was quoted R910.00, which I paid with my card immediately.

3. I was given the invitation cards and a few 15 sample business cards which I was to deliver to my client as sample

4. Upon delivery, my client was not happy with the paper quality so I returned to Postnet and told the guy not to use that quality of paper.

5. However, the guy at postnet (Favio or something like that) had already started printing the bulk of the business card with the paper that my client disapproved. I told him that my client was not happy with the quality. He had printed approximately 500 of the 1000. He threw those away and said he would re-do the printing. He also told me I did not have to pay for the reprint.

6. I arrived at Postnet today to collect the business cards and the guy that was helping me (favio) is on leave.
