Terrible service

Good day. I went to jet in mitchells plain promenade mall, I was looking for help by the underware section of the store, I saw a lady there, and asked her for help, when I asked her to see on the shelf for a bra 36b for me, without even looking she said there wasn't. I asked her if she is surethen she rose her voice to me and said that she works there and that she knows what she's talking about, I found the bra size, but didn't buy it because I was way too upset with the stinking attitude I got by the lady. She should realy get anger management and customer service training.she has that kind of gangster attitude, and no1 can tell her. This is by far the worste service I have ever got in that mall by any one who works in the mall.what kind of staff member raises their voice in a screaming temper way, I will never set my foot in that store ever again. The ladys name is ivy, I did get it from lady that works by the tills.
