Failure for guaranteed computer to be repaired

Makro Ref 2179068 My 3-year in-house guarantee Toshiba was handed in by me to Makro, Ottery 07/11/2013 16:40:54 for repairs for a faulty keyboard. (The guarantee period, [bought 27/10/2011] was not disputed.) I supplied the Toshiba Warranty Confirmation.
The next day I was contacted and asked to return to Makro because they couldn't reach Toshiba without me finding the e-mail of two years ago on my computer-this seemed strange to me!!! I had to arrange for another trip to Ottery but happily the e-mail hadn't been deleted.
Twice I have e-mailed Makro using their on-line service to find out what is happening. I have received follow-up calls from Michael and Nancy. They advised that the delay was due to a financial dispute between Makro and Toshiba as to who would pay for the repairs, before the repair could be effected-why the customer has to wait for Makro & Toshiba's financial problems doesn't make sense to me.
I was promised that the computer would be delivered this past Friday December 20. No computer and no call to explain why not!!!
I sent an e-mail on Saturday 21-no reply. I use my machine daily.
