The computer gave me a problem before waranty exp

I purchaseda computer on the 16-04-2011 it was faulty i returned it they tried to fix it they failed they said i will get a new one after 21 days then 21 days pased they never phone i went the to the store. when i got there they said its must be it the store room i waited the guy came back empty handed all of a sadan they just tolled me that they will fgive me a voucher of the hard drive they tolled me to add more money becouse the price had gone up since factory that makes hard drive was burned down.firstly i toled them i never bourgth a hard drive i bought a computer two i toled them im not going to add any money since the product was still under garantee. Staphanie as the manager she said i must call the superiours which i did call that was Jan and Deon Dewtt they also refused to give me what i bought.i took the mater to consumeraffairs division in kzn a person who handled my case it Sbusiso Ngubo he also failed to resolve the mater he referd it to National consumer affaires i belive the are also failing to resolve it since its. Then i had of hellopeter i wish i could get help to you guys thak u.
