Sunday 2nd February 2014 I took my faulty computer to Matrix Warehouse, Montana.
The technician I dealt with was great and explained what was damaged.
I opted to buy a new computer plus an external hard drive case.
Lady at the till really did me a big favour, did not even thank me for the purchase.
Back at the office, we set up the computer, loaded software etc.
Then we picked up the network card was not working.
Monday morning, took it back to Matrix Warehouse where another technician checked the computer and told me the mother board was faulty and replaced it.
Took it back to the office and started the procedure all over, only to discover the network card would disconnect from the internet intermittently.
Contacted Matrix Warehouse, told them to sent a technician with a network card.
He arrived with the wrong type of network card, worked on the computer and then it went dead.
He took it back, agreeing to have it back by 12h00 the following day.
After numerous calls, being told they have no vehicle available etc, it is now 17h00 and we still have no computer. The manager has no communication skills, professionalism or customer service insight.
