My flatmate and I have been using snowball internet for a year now. She is moving to Joburg as a result I need to take over the direct debit to my account. I emailed Snowball account to make them aware of the change in billing with ample lead time stating that the change should take effect on the first of November. They proceeded to change the debit a month early (in October) which created a lot of admin and confusion for us but we sorted it out. Then today they had the cheek to send me a rude email saying they would suspend our service (which we have paid for the month by they way) if I did not complete and send back a sales agreement immediately. I do not understand why a two loyal customers should be treated in such a rude and frankly combative way. All we wanted to do was renew the contract and pay the bill as we have always done on time. Is this attitude really necessary snowball?
