Just ignore your clients

I don't think I've ever emailed a quote request without having to run after them and fight with them just to get a simple quote. The staff are totally useless. The managers are no better. Instead of sorting out their staff, they make excuses for them and then give you bad service in return., why do you not respond to my emails? I asked you for an urgent quote at 9:30am with no response yet. I have followed up with you twice, but it is the norm at Axiz to ignore their clients.
