Snowball Effect - Extremely bad Internet Service

Since our installation we have had to complain every week to try and sort out our internet connection. I have spent over R1000 in telephone bills phoning them with no success. We still have disconnects and high latency (of over 1000ms) to their datacenter. We have talked to the CEO, to the GM and still we have the same issue. It is as if no one at Snowball gives a about their clients. We have had to phone them every time even after they promise that they will phone us back.

This is absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced!!!
