Internet installation done on Tuesday 12 November. EFT done as per agreement next day, proof of payment faxed to Snowball at the same time. Credit card then again charged by Snowball with the same amount (R1950). Accounts Dept then acknowledged their mistake, but then tell tell me the transaction cannot be reversed and I must accept it as a credit on my account, which is defeating the prepaid option.
