Just before xmas i upgraded my internet package from a 4Mbit/s package to a 10Mbit/s package due to my internet running exceptional slow. Snowball responeded quickly and were more than willing to bump my package up and it happened quickly, since then i have had no or extremely slow internet. I have sent them multiple support tickets asking them to rectify this problem but to no avail. My internet speed is now worse than when i had my 2Mbit/s package yet im paying them for there top package... Now the biggest problem i have is that this has been carrying on for atleast the last six months when they did get back to me about 5 months ago they told me my connection is running fine and i keep telling them it's not anywhere close to fine, then no answer and i have not heard from them since, except when i asked them to bump up my package as they get more money but i still sitting with slow slow internet
