I bought a printer from PC Zone Pinetown. Firstly to buy the printer VIa Eft is a mission to do as you have to wait 3 - 5 working days to recieve the product and you as the customer should be calling to check if the eft went through or not! Such excellant customer service. A week and a half later i had to send the printer back as it stopped working. They told me they have to send back to the company and will take 7 - 10 working days to repair. 2 weeks went by and they had not called to say what the problem was hence me calling them. They had told me that Xerox do not make those specific printers or parts anymore. Why would Xerox not make the printers or parts yet they are still being sold at Game stores, etc. PC Zone had told me they would give me a refund. Ever since i have to call PC Zone to ask where is my refund and i have to operate a business without a printer cause of their incompetency and lack of sales, service and management skills. Up until this very day i have not received a cent from them. It is highly unacceptable for a store to run the way PC Zone runs and the Consumer Protection Act Board should do something about this.
