SECOND TIME I RETURN A PRINTER FOR REPAIRS

I purchased a printer from Game Mokopane on 25/06/2013. The printer started giving me problems and i returned it ealy October 2013 and was told by the consultant at the customer service desk that they would have to sen it back to the supplier "CANON" for it to be repaird this was barely 4 months since i purchased the printer. I was then told that i could come and collect my printer and i did so on 22/10/2013. i was told that "CANON" had replaced my printer yet it was in old unsealed packaging. I didnt argue and took the printer.
The printer has started giving me the same problem again barely 3 months after the repair and i went to the store again today, and requested either a new printer or a refund.

The customer service consultant (Lizbeth Lekgwathe) was rude and told me that procedure is procedure and told me whatever i do is not her problem as she is just there to do her work. She called the manager in my presence and he/she refused to come to talk to me. Lizbeth then called the electronics consultant who came to check the printer and saw that indeed there was a problem with it.

I HAVE NOTHING IN WRITING WHICH TELLS ME I MAY NOT HAVE THIS PRODUCT EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED!
