21 Days failure

My printer one morning just stop working. I took it to Game as it still has a WARRANTY. I booked the printer in and told them that they must please hurry as i need it for my company. On the slip they gave me it clearly states that if it takes longer than 21 days to repair the broken product they will replace or refund me.
AFTER 22 days of WAITING for them to contact me, I went over and ask when i will receive my printer. They told me that it has arrived. It's been there for 5days and no one even care to let me know. I went back to my company with my printer happy that i can now go on with my work, only to find that the problem has not been resolved. i went back and they told me they must send it back. When i asked what about the 21 days the manager told me that they must get an reference number in order to swap or refund me. So they booked it again. I can no longer wait for the printer as my work is standing still. I can not believe that they expect me to go with out a printer for another 21 days again. What company can operate without an printer???
