Still no delivery of my order placed on 10 July 13

I ordered a cartridge from the HP Shop on the 10th of July 2013 and despite all the verbage on their website about next day delivery, I have still not received my order. To make it worse, I contacted their Call Centre on 3 occasions last on and each occasion, I was told that it was going to be delivered the next day.

I then sent an e-mail which was responded to by Oshalan Govender who said that they were expecting stock but this did not arrive so they could not despatch my order. Why wasnt I told this in the first place and why did the Call Centre Agents to me on various occasions.
