So, I have a Xerox WC 1440. Copy, scan, fax all in one. Its a great machine. Although the service. I reported an error on my scanning on the 10th of April. Kobus was here, not to solve the problem. As per Kobus, the printer will be working the same afternoon. Monday the 15th of April I have still not heard a word. After screaming on the phone, Kobus pitched to fix the printer. Once again, no fixed printer. An escalation was apparently made so the regional manager contacts me. Still no word from any manager and still sitting with a white elephant in my office. Xerox's excuse is that our IP addresses change, thus resulting in the scan not being picked up... Strange that 2 Nashua machines don't give the same. The best of all is, when one scans a job 17 times on a Xerox it should show once in the scan folder. Is this problem also because of my IP address? Seems like my IP address is like the temperature, the slightest change causes a big up!!! REGIONAL MANAGER, I AWAIT YOUR SOONEST RESPONCE!!!
