NEVER BUY A XEROX 4-1 PRINTER EVER!!

I bought a xerox 4-1 printer model 3045ni 3 weeks ago at hifi corp - STILL NOT WORKING - after calling numerous times to the xerox help center and also having a hardware technician in my home still not working - the printers have software on them that supports PDF scanning - BUT the software disks they are packaged with to install onto your comp. do not have the facility for PDF scanning (RIDICULOUS) - WAITING NOW 3 weeks for a software tech to come help but they warn there will be a call out charge!! ( ) - still have not heard yet WHEN I WILL BE CONTACTED BY THEIR SOFTWARE DEPT - MEANTIME MY BUSS STANDS STILL!!
