5 days LATE and still no delivery

I ordered a handbag from Style36 on Saturday and expected it to be delivered at Wednesday at the LATEST, as the website claims delivery takes 3 days in major cities, I consider Blouberg/ Big Bay to form part of a major city, it is now Friday afternoon and I STILL have not received my package. I'm disappointed in their delivery service as they don't live up to their promise and to make matters worse, is that this is the SECOND time it has happened to me. Apparently last time there was a backlog of orders, but I feel they should be prepared for this when they have sales, because I didn't buy my item on sale and expect the delivery they promised. I don't think I will be using them again
