Wasting their customer's time

I bought a set of gigabyte S2000 speakers from them and within a month they stoped playing I took them back to the store and they said they had to send them away to the suplier and then they will send a new set witch I can collect either the same afternoon or the next day I waited 3 days for them before they phoned back. They claimed that a new set was delivered and I could come pick it up I drove all the way there received the "new" set got home plugged it in and the (on/off) button didn't work I phoned them immediately and told them to send me a new set I refused to drive again because I'm a student and the last thing I can afford is to drive up and down (fuel price). They said they would send someone and took my adress its been a week now and still they haven't delivered my new set or even came to pick up the faulty set.
