I have had an ongoing problem with ADT Security since April. The most frustrating part is trying to get hold of them for feedback. Despite many calls to their call centre and having to hold the line for several minutes I always get told that someone will contact me - which never happens. The only way I have managed to get someone to contact me and give me feedback is by logging a complaint (twice) on HelloPeter. Thank you HelloPeter, without you I would still be trying to establish contact with ADT. Although the problem is still not resolved I have at least managed to get some feedback.
