Cannot combine memberships - No feedback

I wrote a complaint on the 15 April. On this day only, did Flexi Club (Arny) contact me to say he will take the matter up and give me feedback. To date, I have received no feedback, despite numerous emails to Arny.
The comment on Hellopeter was that he could not get hold of me. I have sent him both my cellphone and landline numbers, but to no avail. HELP!!!
