Feedback report to hellopete

I am trying to give feedback but i cannot seem to do it very easily. I click on link in mail, i login, i click on "give feedack" and then nothing. Please help.
Herewith my feedback.
I received mail from Edcon via Hellopeter.
I was given a reference number and the number of the contact centre.
I was expecting a call but i guess i am supposed to call their contact centre?
please advise
